I’m a big fan of Stanton’s, but you can’t go wrong with most of the places listed in this thread.
One under the radar rec...don’t sleep on the fajita burger at Original Ninfa’s. You’ll get judged for ordering a burger at one of the most famous Mexican joints around, but it’s legit and a favorite of most of the staff.

Willy Burger in Old Katy is excellent if you are ever out that way.

Cliffs is still there. It was the only restaurant in that building to survive Harvey without shutting down. The whole building is being remodeled around him, and hes doing a good business with all the construction workers that work there.

Used to be a hamburger joint in Houston called Cliffs. I don't know if it is still around.
