No offense to anyone but the OP said he wants a sauce made in Louisiana... many of these suggestions aren't.

No offense but it's probably a subtle way of saying that sending a BBQ sauce from Louisiania is kind of ridiculous. Not what the state is really known for at all.

So true. Was just talking to someone's recently about a trip to KC to visit Joe's, Q39, Jack Stack, Woodyard, AB's, etc..

Dude said "I like Louisiana BBQ." I seriously didn't know how to reply.
