I gotta find and try an Envy.

I can’t imagine crispier and sweeter than honeycrisp.

Honeycrisp are good, but I predee Pink Lady. I’m just more into the tart flavor profile I guess.

I love honey crisp but I think last time I bought some they were like $2 per apple or maybe more.

I've seen them as high as $6/pound before, and the apples were gigantic.

The Honeycrisp are declicious, when they're fresh and bought locally.
If you're in New York in May-August, go to the Union Square Farmer's Market and sample some of the fresh organic apples that are grown in the area and sold at the Farmer's Market.
