Their catering is pretty good but overall, I gotta go with Leaders in St. Amant being better in the chicken department. Chef’s is good but I grew up in Donaldsonville and I have to say I’ve never, ever, seen what all the fuss is about. Leaders uses a nice seasoning blend that I think is hard to beat.

I agree. The chicken is good.. but the jambalaya is all natural seasoning(no Tony’s or whatever). It’s one of a kind
