I'm definitely getting a case of Live Oak Heffen.., but what else should I look for?

You have to go out to their brewery about 20 minutes outside of Austin for their good stuff. They are only open Thur-Sun.
Go to Blue Owl brewing for sours. They can a lot of their stuff.
Coop F5 is a good IPA
Oasis Meta Modern and Slowride PA.
