What is y’all a go to recipe for these. I haven’t been able to find one that I am in love with.

It seems like every gas station in the state can make delicious beef tips but I can’t reproduce it in my own kitchen. *facepalm*

I dust them with flower and brown them pretty good in bacon grease. I pull the tips out and add onion (or when I'm feeling lazy I use Guidry's) and use that to deglaze all the gradoo. I then add a mixture of cold water and corn starch (about 1 tbls starch to 1 cup cold water) and make the gravy. I then add the tips back and let it cook down for a while.

This is it.

+ caramelized onions + rice.

One of the few microwavable items that is actually good.
