Beef Jerky and cold smoked salmon time

I couldn't help myself and picked up a nice eye of round roast at Costco to cut up and make beef jerky and a nice slab of salmon to brine and then smoke.
I just got done slicing the beef and seasoning it to marinate until Sunday when I will smoke it to finish it off along with a nice slab of salmon I'm going to also cold smoke.
I use some of the smoked salmon to make a spread my wife loves to use on bagels that is made from Philly Cream Cheese, green onions, Parsley, chopped smoked salmon and a bit of black pepper.

Sorry, I don't have a digital camera, own a flip phone and don't even know how to download or post pics.
The recipe is easy though.
1 bar of Philly Cream Cheese warmed just a bit in the microwave to soften it to make incorporating the other ingredients easier.
3 finely chopped green onions
2 sprigs parsley chopped fine
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped up smoked salmon
Mix it all together, taste for seasoning and add more if needed.
Refrigerate to use as needed and it will last about 2 weeks once prepared.
