For those that live in the DFW area and want to buy some authentic Louisiana food products, etc., you should hit up the Bayou Market in Lewisville. You can get Savoies' meats (pickled pork, andoullie, tasso), Gambino's poboy bread by the loaf!!, Turduckens from Poche's, meat pies and other Louisiana staples. They also bring in live crawfish during the season. This is where I get the products from that I use for red beans and the bread for poboys.

Thanks for posting. I hadn't heard of them. Very interested in their French bread and pickle meat. My wife can't find any pickle meat for her red beans. She has been using some ham hocks or something.
