I've never tried Indian food... what are yall's go-to dishes here? (I'll eat anything.)

if you've never had indian food, i'd stick to something not too overly spicy. chicken curry is a good bet. i personally enjoy lamb vindaloo, but it can be pretty damn spicy.

Murgh Makhini (butter chicken) is pretty awesome and not spicy. It's really good at the bay leaf.
