How do they force the hippie atmosphere on you? I don't find it very hippie, not nearly as much as it used to be. But even if it was, that statement is like saying I went to Diguilio brothers and they tried to force the whole Italian thing on us. If that is the atmosphere of the place, that is the atmosphere of the place.

I love Chelsea's as much as the next guy, it's one of my favorite places anywhere. But sometimes my servers are so careless and offbeat that I feel like the only reason that they're there is for perception, and not actually to give me a good experience. I love the place, but I'd also like a sever who wants to be there and not just working there because they let her wear her pajamas to work.
