Like feeding employees? I have some friends that do that type of stuff, they were serving 9,000 meals a day to BP cleanup crews. I don't have their contact info with me but if you email me I'll get it.

Let me call Tim at Matherne's and see if they do stuff like this. Their fried catfish is probably the best in town.

I talked to him this morning. He said they could handle that many meals. He said to call an ask for him.
