Koska Taverna is a great tapas place with a mostly local clientele. Its super laid back and the owners are the chef and waiter. You don't need reservations if you go early....9pm or so. Its on Blai which is the pedestrian street near the foot of Montjuic which is the big hill where Olympic Stadium is and the Miro Museum.

Just a few blocks away is La Platilleria. its a little more upscale but still just mostly locals. You do need reservations for this place.
