Ribeye roll? Like a thinly sliced ribeye rolled up?

Ah! That one went right by me. All I could think about was a steak rolled up.

These are from Bergeron’s FB page. I get a 4-pack from them every couple of months. They have all the flavors that I love.

Have tried them on the grill and the cream cheese tends to spew out. Usually cook them in the oven at 400° for about 15 minutes and then flip it to low broil til the bacon gets crispy enough for my preference. Don’t like eating raw, undercooked bacon.
