Babyback ribs on this fine (cool) day

Walked outside this morning and was pleasantly surprised how chilly it was. Decided I'd run to the store and get some ribs to cook for the LSU baseball game.
Two decent sized racks from one of the new grocerys in town
I like to go with a mustard base plus some other seasonings, etc. to get the ribs marinated.
Covered in foil, on indirect heat. need to get a charcoal grill, tired of cooking on gas
Need to convince the SO we HAVE to have one
Lather them up
More pics to come

The $60 I spent on an old smokey has turned out to be a good investment
