My grandfather's drinking buddy for 50 years...grandparents would eat at the bar 5 times a week for decades at the old location next door.
Many a Saturday night as a kid spent there watching him and Cartwright and a couple others drink a 12 pack a piece.
Miss the old joint, though the food is on another scale with the new space.
