Are we doing this? 10 for 10 Gumbo Challenge?

Rules:
- Purchase ingredients for a tasty gumbo for under $10; including the meats & vegetables.
- Spices, staples such as rice, flour, oil, cooking utensils, etc are not included in the price unless you buy some specialty oil just for the gumbo
- Must feed a crowd of 10 people for $10 or less


I found the new Hillshire Farms andouille sausage for $2.38 at Walmart last night so planning to give this a try:



That leaves me $7.62 for chicken & veggies. Will post receipt screenshots.
