I have a skillet l, it works well though it has slight bulge in middle red spot that causes oil or butter to slide to sides.

The skillets are great for making grilled cheese, eggs and a few other things. They last a long time if you don't use metal utensils while cooking in them.

If you're used to Calphalon, you're not going to happy with t-Fal. I had a set similar to the ones you're looking at, and they're is no comparison between them and the Calphaplon set we got for our wedding. I wouldn't do get those if I were you.

Well, I guess I should never let my wife use them.
