Hickory ridge. I pretty much never leave a five mile radius of here. Haven't been on the interstate in a year.

whenever woman's hospital finally gets finished and stumberg is run through the old jefferson highway intersection .. there are actually plans for a smaller scale perkins rowe right there .. if that works out, the only reason i would ever leave this part of town is to go to lsu sporting events ..

there was a 90 day period where dish network could or could not pick up the lease again. they waited a week and signed again. it was to drive down the price of the lease. apparantly if bb were to leave, TCBY and subway couldn't handle the fees for trash, etc. also doesn't look good if that big corner space is vacant.
millervilles lease is signed until january. supposedly dish is really trying to make things work.

Off topic, but a month or two ago the Gov't street Albertsons got the upgraded carts. They had a full supply of them. Fast forward to yesterday and there's only a quarter of them left. Shocker, I know.
