No point in giving that shite the royal treatment. It's like people wanting to do something more with catfish than just frying it.

I did this a couple months ago and was floored at how delicious they were. I did a standard rib rub at 225 for 4 or 5 hours (don't quite remember exactly). Came out amazing

We’ve done an Asian style in the instapot and they were great with fried rice and veggies
