Some vendors sell these at local craft fairs. It doesn't really have crawfish in it, just the boil seasonings, I think. If you don't have a recipe, can you give suggestions on what might be in it? I've never made any jelly.

Yeah, thanks. That's kind of what I was looking for, but how do I adapt that to crab boil?

My first thought is to add just the crawfish fat and go about the normal pasteurization process, but then once the jelly jar is open I would assume the shelf life would be short.

Are there any ingredients listed on the label?

That recipe uses crab boil. Maybe put a little extra. I think you could basically do the same recipe but cut back on the peppers. You might want to leave some yellow/red pepper in there for color.

I don't have any right now, so I can't tell you the ingredients list. We're going to the San Fransisco Plantation Festival today, so I'll probably be able to snag a jar. The guy who sold it said it didn't have any crawfish in it, but it tastes like it does.

This is the stuff I want to duplicate. This is the product description:

"I know, I know it sounds funny, but it is our # one seller. It out sales the other flavor by far. It has no meat. It is wonderful served over the cream cheese or served alongside a seafood platter as a dip.You will just have to try it"
