Looking to get my first pellet grill/smoker. Wasn't looking to break the bank and since I am a single guy, I am not cooking for large groups or a family so just need something to do maybe a couple of racks of ribs or chickens, but I also wanted something I could do brisket on and the chamber seems to be pushing it for being able to contain a brisket.

Was hoping someone here may have had some experience with this model.

Can't speak for the RT 410 however, I have a RT 700 and absolutely love it. It is more than enough cooking area for my family (wife/son). I enjoy being able to cook for larger events (Holidays) on it as well. Customer Service is very helpful and easy to get in touch with in my experience. I don't believe you would be upset with that purchase.

They just had a great sale for Christmas. It should be fine for most briskets at 24 inches. I used to do packers on a WSM 22 and they almost always fit.

Should be big enough…I can get a 14-15 pound brisket on my 380.

Bumping. I ended up getting the 410 and it’s been really nice. My first cook I was only able to fit two racks of ribs and 4 burgers, but the food all turned out really good.

The st.Louis rack split when I tried to take them out of the foil because they were so tender

I’m definitely a true believer in pellet grills now.
