I've rented out the Tchoupitoulas Room and the Higgins Room for a rehearsal dinner.

Just wondering if anyone of the FDB has experience with their plated dinners, apps, rooms, drinks etc..

TIA

My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner there. Everything was great. We went a little overboard with the food selections, but was well worth it.

Consumption bar, 3-4 pass arounds, cochon de lait station, seafood station, gumbo, mac and cheese, squash casserole, pasta salad (which was surprisingly delicious), and a couple desserts.

Their staff helped us out tremendously setting up decorations and gifts the day before, can't speak highly enough of them.

how many people? I have about 100 and we are doing a sit down plated dinner...with the 35 per person drinks...I'm curious if consumption would be better considering the amount of people
