Anyone have any idea about how many blue crab claws are in a pound?

Just a guess, but if large, I'd say 30ish?

I'd say 30-50 depending on the size of the claws. It's always been more than I think when I use them. Chez Francois in Lafayette will tell you there are about 30. There's are usually pretty plump.

I was thinking about trying out those marinated crab claws from Ernest's supper club. Got a new food processor, how is that recipe?

Go to Farmer's Seafood in S'port and get their marinade. It's the same as Ernests.
