For dinner tonight? I have 5 chicken thighs bell peppers, onions, & plenty of seasonings. Usually cook on the grill, but feel like hanging in the kitchen tonight. Help me out... tia.

Rub chicken with paprika and salt. Brown it well in a little veg or canola oil. Pull chicken when you have plenty of brown stuck to pot. Throw in a splash of water to deglaze and when that water is allllmost gone, throw in some veggies (trinity). When that browns down for about 10-15 minutes, return all chicken and shove it up your butt.

Thanks for the recipe.

Nice "OT" style sentiment at the end. Bad day??

Chicken and pasta, deboned and cut into pieces, sautéed in butter and olive oil with onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms and a Buerre Blanc, over pasta. Add a little white wine to the sauce if you have it.

Another sauce:

Remove stuff from pan, add butter and just a little flour. cook, but stop before flour begins to brown. Add white wine, capers and a splash of lemon juice.

Another sauce:

Make a béchamel 50/50 flour and butter, coo a few minutes over moderate heat and stop before flour begins to brown. Add milk or cream and a little white wine if you have it. Add parmesan grated cheese if you have it.

Another sauce:

Add butter white wine and a little tarragon cook until wine has reduced.

Serve all of these with sautéed chicken over pasta.

Sounds like a gumbo minus some sausage.

If you have curry powder and coconut milk, make chicken curry. Serve it over rice.

If it’s bone in thighs, boil them in liquid crab boil for 20 Min. Then put on grill to crisp the skin. Apply bbq sauce while in grill. I know it involves going out of the kitchen but it’s a good way to cook them.
