Anyone have a good cabbage casserole recipe?

Looking to make one for New Years. I have made a cabbage roll casserole in the past but looking to try something different. TIA

Folse’s Cabbage Casserole or his Smothered Cabbage and Andouille would fit the bill nicely.

I just made 200 cabbage rolls. A laborious 2 day process. Every time I make them I think of just cutting up the cabbage and putting it in w the rice meat mixture and turning on the oven. But my mother RIP would never have it. Cabbage rolls are a true labor of love and will always be a fav in my family’s house.

Grilled Cabbage is good. Sliced like steaks... rubbed w olive oil & seasonings. I think that’s what I’m doin 2morro w my black eyed peas

One of my favorite foods. We call them golabki. Grew up eating them and other Polish foods made by an old nun in Pittsburgh. It's too bad that they're not found here in Louisiana.

I made cabbage rolls too. We call them tolte kapusta, its a Hungarian tradition and we love them.
