nice crop! mine aren't nearly as large, but they produce thrugh the end of summer in copious quantities. i just plister them in olive oil in a cast iron skillet for a snack.

Thanks. I ended up with 4 plants going so they produce more than we can keep up with. That's pretty much how I have been eating them as well. An impromptu side with dinner or snack while cooking dinner.
