Anyone ever successfully mimic Pasta Giovanni from Pasta Garden and Giovanni's?

Used to be a special. Zucchini, heavy on garlic, shrimp, crawfish, straw mushrooms, olive oil and bowtie.

Must be a special. I have their cookbook, and I don't see that title or anything similar in there. (Looked for that cookbook for years, pining away for the Crawfish Giovanni recipe. Finally, ebay paid off. Today, it's on Amazon.) "Anyone Can Cook The Italian Way, by Giovanni Mucciacciaro.

I bused tables at PG in the mid-90s while in High School. Crawfish Giovanni was definitely a special. I can never get the oil to taste right. It's got to be just those ingredients with red pepper flakes. Don't remember if it contained onions, too.

My favorite item at Pasta Garden was the salad with the noodles in it drenched with ranch dressing
