Not smoking today, but am grilling some pork tenderloin kebabs.
I cut up the tenderloin and marinated it overnight and just got done putting the good on the skewers to go on the grill around 5:30 today.
Pork, yellow and zucchini squash, onions, red/yellow/orange/green bell peppers and mushrooms on the skewers.
Right before I put them on the grill I will brush on some olive oil and hit them with some seasoning then finish them off.
Also fixed a peach cobbler to have afterwards.
Chardonnay for the wife, cold beer or a cocktail for me and bon a petit

Just your run if the mill mustard/mayo celery , shallot, pickle relish and black pepper potato salad. Just add crispy course chopped bacon , green onions and fresh grated cheddar.

FYI Kroger in Woodlands (yesterday) had bone-in pork butts for 0.99C/pound. Not sure about any other Kroger stores in the Houston metro. Got 2 7#ers for the smoker this weekend..
