Yeah. Of the many reasons people dine out, variety is a big one.
For something like tacos, it’s absolutely not economical to make a variety of kinds at home unless you’re feeding a big crowd. Whereas at a taco place, you can get a combo plate with 3 totally different tacos. A variation of grilled/braised proteins, housemade sauces, different toppings, etc.

I've been a couple of times. Lunch was fair. The quality goes down considerably at night.

Food is good, but the place is always too crowded with noisy children.
But what I really HATE is the ordering process. Unless it's a fast food place, I want a server to give me a menu while I sit at my table and decide what to eat.

Yeah I hate how the cashier is like four feet inside the front door. We’ve left without walking in when that little foyer has been full and a line out the door.
Tacos are pretty good though and I agree with the posters above that the buffalo chicken one is my favorite.
