We went Thursday and did the coolinary menu. The halibut was great...One of the best pieces of fish Ive had in a long time.

Went tonight for the first time. Very very good. The goat cheese crouton was my favorite, followed by the black bean cake and shrimp. The sweet potato brioche and Steen butter was phenomenal as well. Highly enjoyed my garlic soup as well.
All that said, I was a little meh on my entree of the Italian sausage stuffed rabbit. It was good, but wasn’t as good as the apps.
The dress code was also very relaxed. They had a table in shorts and a T-shirt, with one guy wearing a baseball hat.

While all of New Orleans is casual dress, not sure Bayona hasn’t had the sloppiest patrons the times I’ve been. Need to get my sweetbreads fix next time I’m there.
