I'm in charge of the main dish for the LSU game and want to do a couple different kinds of stuffed chickens. I can debone it myself, but, it takes me a while, and time may be an issue next week and was wondering if any sold them already deboned. Also, any stuffing suggestions other than the usual boudin, sausage etc. TIA.

Why not use bonless, skinless thighs?

I would call Chris'. He stuffs them, I am sure he would sell unstuffed.

I have had one that is basically a stuffed artichoke stuffing. Lots of artichoke hearts, Italian breadcrumbs, olive oil, Italian cheeses. It is my family's favorite.

Also have had a broccoli and cheese one that was very good.
