We looked into this a couple months ago and the lady said they don't have any availability until the end of 2023

I was looking at just a reservation to eat there as a last resort. Going to try Houmas House soon. I'll report back with a review

Just throwing out alternative options to consider. Is it in the cards to do a drive to someplace like Houston and staying overnight?

I’m guessing Houston would have more options for restaurants with a tasting menu. Others here would probably be better at recommending specifics if that is in the cards for you.
