Ha! You got me. I meant to write “looks” like a bunch of drunken frat boys. Although, maybe a satellite campus for Mississippi State?

Bourdain did a good job. It looked more like a National Geographic documentary than a food show, but that's attributable to the high production value and the research the producers went through to connect him with the right people to make the episode authentic and entertaining for the viewers that don't know anything about the area, the people or the food.
As for whether or not it "made us look good", that wasn't the intention at all. Bourdain isn't the Public Relations director for the Mamou Mardi Gras.
