Why did Blue Frog close? They always seemed busy whenever I went there.

"Why did Blue Frog close? They always seemed busy whenever I went there.

A note from owners Rick Streiffer and his wife, Ann on the Blue Frog Facebook page read: "Blue Frog Chocolates will be closing for business at the end of the month."
"It's been 17 years and it's just time for us to move on," Ann Streiffer said. "We're getting older and moving on. We've got grandkids all over the country. We're just at that point our lives where we want to move on."
Still, she said: "It's a little bittersweet. We just put the announcement out today. Just hung the the sign today, and I've already had a customer who is coming in to fill her freezer."

Makes sense. Though I'm surprised they didn't sell it off. It seemed very popular. But I definitely can't blame someone for retiring.

If they owned the building they will make a bundle just on rent.
