Thanks for the laugh. That Gubment cheese comment made me chuckle. Still the same, I stand by the statement that American cheese sold and sliced behind the counter taste better then that yellow stuff sold on the grocery store cheese aisle and it really doesn't cost a whole lot more. That white American deli sliced kind makes a far superior grilled cheese. My two grill cheese food snob kids can attest to this.
