Looking to make an Alligator Bisque similar to the one served occasionally at Antoine’s. Who in the NOLA sells alligator meat? Thanks!

I've seen it at Rouses in the frozen food section where they sell other stuff like rabbit, turtle, frozen shrimp and some ready to eat seafood dishes.
Oh, and it ain't cheap.

Talk about not cheap-----that place is crazy expensive with their products. Over $30 a lb. for cracklin' the one and only time I priced it a couple years ago.

I have even seen it at Walmart, in the frozen alligator section.

Just went to Chris' website and see that alligator tail meat is $20 a lb.
