Has anyone cut up baby backs, floured them, and air fried them? How was it? Time and temp? Thanks.

Just let your husband make them outside on the grill.

I’ve made them three or four times now, and I think they’re kind of cool. They resemble nothing like actual barbecue ribs, the texture is more like pork chops than slow cooked meats, but if you want ribs in 20 minutes, they’re pretty great for a weeknight rib.

All the internet recipes are pretty dead on, cook somewhere between 380 deg to 400 deg for 18 or 20 minutes, sauce them, put them back in there for another five minutes, and you’ll be good to go.

What happens when you flour them then cook them without any oil or grease? Thinking of how the texture would be

Wings and thighs come out crispy. I was thinking these might as well.

Yeah, I would just coat them really well in your rub blend of choice and air fry. The flour isn't necessary.

I've never floured wings for the air fryer either, and they come out great. Although I guess it won't hurt either.

I do them both, breaded like fried chicken and naked like buffalo wings.
