Nice weather, some cold Abita beer, got a couple of chickens, pork tenderloins, corn on the cob, boudin and green onion sausage all going on the WSM. Gonna take one of the chickens and make some chicken stock for some jambalaya with andouille.

Any of y'all been cooking up some special cuisine during the COVID crisis?

Grilled some good ribeyes last night. Might fire up the smoker tomorrow. Tonight we are having chicken alfredo.

Not probably the best Alfredo in the world but we get the frozen bags of blackened chicken Alfredo by zatarans... pretty damn good to me.

QSome of these boys like their light beer. Better Abita than miller or bud.

Lit the 26" kettle today for some honey Siracha wings and twice smoked potatoes. As simple as it is the correct may be my favorite grilling tool.
