Abysmal "sirloin pork chops" at Canseco in Arabi

Did Canseco Arabi hire an orangutan as their butcher? We bought a couple family packs of "sirloin pork chops" to throw on the grill for the game tonite.

Broke them out of the cellophane to season them and throw 'em on the grill and just started laughing. Massive saucer plate sized hunks of bone with a few shreds of edible meat were on each "chop"

I know you can't expect Terranova-style chops from Canseco but these cuts were straight up sorry.
