Should I just leave it out or add water instead?
Here's the recipe:
Mint leaves muddled in ice
2 ounces bourbon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons simple syrup
2 tablespoons club soda
Add bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup to the ice. Shake. Strain into Collins glass. Top with club soda and gently stir.
