Man this thread had a good start and just crapped out about half way through. I think I read the same thing from the same people 8 or 9 times just in different posts.

To wrap it all up:
1. Some people think this method of meat aging doesn't work and it will kill you.
2. The OP is still alive.
3. The Geauxt is still alive after hanging meat in the hot sun.
4. Lots of google research saying it will still kill you.
5. Alton has a similar method as the OP. He's still alive too.

To each their own obviously cause y'all ain't gettin nowhere with yall's argument with each other.
