Heck no. You won't be able to peel the shrimp at all.
Boil everything then cut temp. Wait for water temp to drop below 155 (I usually add frozen corn to get it to drop) then soak the shrimp for 10-20 minutes. Easy peel everytime.

I'm not here to tell you it's the only way to do it but the stalekracker method of boiling shrimp works great for me. He only boils for 60 seconds then kills the heat with the frozen corn. He doesn't add any seasoning at all until that point and then just let's the shrimp soak in the season for 15-20 minutes. Basically they can soak for as long or little as you want to absorb more or less seasoning. They peel very easily with this method.
