I considered building a sous vide machine until I had it a few times. I think it is something restaurants like because it is easy to serve. However, if you like it, do it, but I am no longer interested.

The coffee gripe is well founded, it is very annoying to get behind someone ordering an elaborate drink that is time consuming to make, when all I want is a plain coffee.
