Lunch:

Archibald's in Northport for BBQ. Not really a restaurant - a smokehouse behind a house with a couple of tables inside and picnic tables in the yard. The ribs are great.

Avenue Pub

River - new place, haven't been but heard good things.

Animal Butter

Glory Bound

Five
Archibald's BBQ (Northport)
City Cafe (Northport, meat and 3)
Rama Jama's
Depalma's (Italian)
Heat Pizza Bar
Taco Casa (local favorite)
Moe's BBQ
Hooligan's (good burgers and Mediterranean fare)

Really can't go wrong with any of those. City Cafe will probably be packed for Friday lunch, so just a heads up on that.

Sounds like you're on your way to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

I'm jealous.

I went to Archibald's last week; it was fine, but not spectacular.
In Chattanooga, I liked Company Pie, Tremont Tavern, Blue Plate,,,,and the sleeper crazy good food item was a spent-grain pretzel made by Bluff St Bakery for the Chattanooga Brewing Company.

Too late to the party, glad you had a good time at community pie. I prefer lupi's, but I'm not a big fan of neopolitan pizza.
