Like we said, that areas been flooded between 2008-2010. Good chance that's the age of those pictures.

Where are the "potato levees." I travel that area quite often for work and see water in that area during the spring and have been told it's because water comes over the potato levees.

its on the side of the forebay nearest the river
you can see them eroding in this picture as the river overtakes them
you can zoom out to see the location in reference to the structure
