Just made my first video using my go pro camera. Uploaded it and its been muted from copyright problems with the music I put into the background.

How can I put music in the background and get away with it?

I cannot confirm nor deny that using software that speeds up or slows down music by a fraction of a percentage prevents Youtube's song identifier from identifying music.

Awesome. Can you confirm or deny the name of said song identifier program?

After I uploaded the video it notified me that the music I used wouldn't not be ok. Then it listed the songs and what time they start in the video.

Is there another video viewer I can use? I just want to share some videos of our hunts and other things. Boring without tunes

Yeah, confirm or deny that program pretty please

I cannot confirm nor deny that using Audition (a part of the Adobe Creative Suite) has features that speed or slow songs down by user-defined percentages. Outside of Audition, there are probably other cheaper (or free) software products but I am not sure.

I can confirm this, and it works like a charm. You can also change the pitch slightly higher or lower and that will work too.

Use music that has a creative commons license or is royalty free. You can google search for it.
