What program or site do you use to touch up these pics?

I have went to photoshop but that wasnt any help.

That's because you suck at it. Photoshop is the best there is.

I still use GIMP 2,I'm sure the've probably upgraded.
I do Suck at it,but I entertain myself.
GIMP is Free and has a Bunch of Tutorals.There's Links to both in a Thread a couple of Pages back.I'll see if I can find it.

Depends on where I am at. At home Photoshop w/ CS4. At work Microsoft digital image pro(hard to believe this program is 10 years old, definitely got my 100 dollars out of it). Photoshop is the best but if you know what you are doing you can make any of them work for you. I also have gimp but I only use it for certain features.
