No, this image is not trademarked. I created this it at the original posters request.
You can do whatever you like with the image. If you want to make shirts for your friends, feel free. However, it's kind of shitty if you use my work to make money. But I really can't stop you and it is a moral issue you have to live with.

I did make it for Ryne Sandberg but that's fine with me.
I really don't care what people do with my images as long as they don't blantantly steal them and it isn't for commercial purposes, which I touched on above.

tim, you really should capitalize on this. I would bring boxes of those and sell them like crazy. I know people would pay at least 20 a shirt. if you dont, someone else will copy it.

Legally, there are some issues with selling the image. NCAA doesn't allow depictions of current athletes. Also, a copyrighted font is incorporated. You can't sell LSU gear without being licensed. I might have bypassed that by "LSU" not actually being in the design. Also I didn't explicitly have permission from the photographer to start with his image (hell, I couldn't even find the unaltered version).

I will not produce the hotpocket image. That's all you. In fact, I prefer no one know I had anything to do with that one!
