Does anyone know where I could find one or has someone did one already on here for somebody?
I am trying to make a certificate with the watermark on it.

None. I am just not good with vectors and I was asked to produce this for work and I can't afford the software to do it myself. If it is too hard to do, I understand

actually it is far from it. It's actually going to be massed produced and the finished product will be signed by state officials.

What software you using? It's easy to do in photoshop elements. Actually, go look on YouTube. Lots of examples there.

Thanks for the info. I found someone over the weekend that has CS5. I think element is in there so I will give that a try.
