Tiger Graphic Image Edit please

Could someone please give this image a blank background (so when i use it in combination with something else the white background wont be visible, just the tiger) and please make the tiger LSU gold and the stripes LSU purple? and perhaps shr.nk it a little. It is a pretty big image.

Thanks for the transparent background! may i ask is there any way to make the tiger head LSU purple and gold without getting rid of the transparent background around the tiger head?
I put that in my first post but it is kind of difficult to read since it goes all the way across the screen. sorry about that.
